Item Availability

Each piece is created by me here in the UK, so they are very personal and unique to me. However, some pieces may be limited edition due to supply, whilst others will continue to be supplied to order as long as the resources to supply are available. I hope you find something that speaks to you. Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions. If the item is limited or supply is running low, I will be sure to notify you when
confirming the order.

 

Please allow 7 working days (and up to 10 working days for bespoke items) for me to make the product. If you require the accessory piece within a shorter timeframe, please send me an email and I will confirm whether we have the resources available to meet your requested deadline.

 

Do you have size/product information?

All product information can be found in the product
details of on Esty website.

***Bespoke pieces***

If I have images of a similar item created before,
i.e using different colors  - I will send you a picture of that. Alternatively you could view the online gallery
via instagram.

How can I be sure the colour is right?

The colours may be slightly different to what you see on screen due to lighting etc. I have taken most of the images in natural light in order to try and ensure the colours on screen are as accurate as possible

How do I check out

Purchase is completed via Esty, please purchase any ByGraceAmbrose items via Esty.

What payment method is acceptable

I accept Esty accounts and payments from PayPal, which allows you to use your credit card without having an account by selecting ‘I don’t have an account pay directly with a card’ All items are priced in British pounds.

What are my shipping options

Please also be aware that the buyer is responsible for any international customs taxes or fees on international shipping. Please double check before you purchase to ensure you are aware of the fees or taxes in your country as I am not responsible for this.

How can I tack my order?

All domestic Items are shipped through Royal mail, unless requested otherwise (please be aware additional charges may be required). Orders shipped within the UK will have a tracking delivery confirmation. An email with these details will also be sent when the item has been dispatched.

 

Domestic orders

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has
been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

International shipping

Tracking is available to certain countries. If you have any

Please note that due to each item being handmade, your piece may differ slightly in appearance from the items featured on the website. This makes each piece more unique and one of a kind adding character to the
